Spain Partial Scholarships for International Students at University of Madrid, 2017

Charles III University of Madrid is offering UC3M Scholarships for the academic year 2017-2018. Scholarships are available for pursuing the master degree in the field of International Law, Ecclesiastical Law and Philosophy of Law, Criminal Law, Procedural Law and History Law, Public State Law, Private Law, Private Social and International Law.
Universidad Carlos III de Madrid is a public university in the Community of Madrid, Spain. UC3M is among the 20 best universities established within the last 50 years in the world, according to the annual QS ranking.
Applicants can check the language requirements of generic language required to study a master at UC3M, depending on is in Spanish, English or bilingual.

Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing master’s programme.

Study Subject: Scholarships are awarded in the field of International Law, Ecclesiastical Law and Philosophy of Law, Criminal Law, Procedural Law and History Law, Public State Law, Private Law, Private Social and International Law.

Scholarship Award: For the academic year 2017-18 has been published a call for a maximum of 5 grants for payment of the net enrollment rates for students accepted into the Master, with the following provision:
·         3 grants of € 1,500
·         2 grants of € 3,000

Number of Scholarships: There are five scholarships available.

Eligibility: The main admission requirements to the Master’s degree in International Advocacy are to have obtained, or to be in the process of obtaining, prior to commencement of classes, a degree in law or any other degree attesting to their having acquired  the skills and competence established in article 3 of the Regulation on the Law 34/2006 of 30 October on access to the professions of lawyer and court procedural representative, approved by RD 775/2011 of 3 June.

Nationality: Citizens of all nationalities can apply for UC3M Scholarships.

College Admission Requirement
English Language Requirement: Applicants can check the language requirements of generic language required to study a master at UC3M, depending on is in Spanish, English or bilingual.

How to Apply: Applicants must complete the electronic form. Required documentation to be attached in electronic format:
·         Motivation letter to apply for the scholarship, that can include information about the economic and personal situation of the applicant, completed and signed by the student. This document will be common to all the financial aids for the different masters that the student applies to.
·         If appropriate: financial aids and scholarships obtained in previous studies, indicating the organization or the financial entity and level of studies at wich they are intended and amount.
·         Receipt or proof of having applied for admission to the corresponding Master (pdf issued by the application at the end of the application form).
·         Once the documentation has been submitted, the collegiate body that are constituted for the selection of grant applications, may request additional documents deemed necessary for better understanding of the particular circumstances of each case.
Application Deadline: The application deadline is May 31, 2017.
